Flamekeeper's case-pack purchase screen lets you buy handover capacity for your organization. Credits are added to the organization balance so cases can be created when transitions arise.
Who can purchase
Organization administrators and HR users can start checkout. If you are a manager or employee, ask an admin or HR colleague to purchase capacity for your organization.
Choose a credit pack
Open Billing, or select Buy more credits from Cases when no capacity remains. Under Choose your pack, compare the total price, displayed currency, number of cases included, and price per case.
Use the prices currently shown in the app. Available packs and pricing can change; the purchase screen and checkout are the reference for your purchase. Choose capacity around your expected transitions rather than the number of people contributing to one case.
Buy credits
- Select Buy credits on the pack you want.
- Review the purchase details in checkout.
- Complete payment and return to Flamekeeper.
- Check case availability before starting the next handover.
The button shows Redirecting… while checkout opens. Organization credits support case creation; inviting more people to an existing case is a separate workflow.
If you cannot create a case
Check whether the organization has remaining capacity and whether your account can create cases. If you have just paid, allow payment processing to finish and refresh the case list.
If the balance still looks wrong, avoid buying the same pack again just to retry. Contact Flamekeeper with the account email and purchase reference, without sending payment-card details.
Billing questions and rollout planning
For invoice, billing-detail, refund, or other purchase questions that you cannot resolve from the current screen, contact support. Do not assume that subscription controls or an invoice dashboard are available in the case-pack screen.
For an organization running several employee handovers, planning capacity ahead of time makes it easier to begin knowledge capture early. Combine that with a clear users and roles policy so managers know who can help start the next case.
