Flamekeeper keeps external system connections together under Admin → Integrations. HR and Admin users manage providers from one Connection tab instead of adding a separate destination or tab for every integration.
HR systems
An organization can connect one HR system at a time. Choose the provider your organization actually uses:
- Connect HiBob for a read-only Bob API Service User connection.
- Connect Personio for a read-only Personio custom integration.
Find your integration settings
- Open Admin → Integrations.
- Open Connection.
- Select the HiBob or Personio card to read its capabilities, required permissions, and setup guidance.
- Select Configure integration to open the credential form.
Before a provider is connected, Connection is the only tab shown. After a successful connection, two operational tabs become available:
- Next 3 months shows upcoming HR events that may need a handover.
- People shows the synchronized directory and lets you add selected people to Flamekeeper.
The Connection tab remains available and shows which provider is connected. Select its card to see connection health, the last successful sync, or actions to update credentials and disconnect.
Switch HR systems
Only one HR system can be connected to an organization. To switch from HiBob to Personio, or the reverse:
- Open the connected provider from Connection.
- Select Disconnect and confirm. This removes its saved credentials and cached HR data; previously added Flamekeeper users and handover cases remain.
- Return to All integrations, open the new provider, and select Configure integration.
The provider guides explain the exact read-only permissions and fields Flamekeeper needs. Do not grant write access or share credentials in email or support messages.
Adding another provider later
New HR systems appear as cards in Connection. The app menu and tab row remain unchanged, so administrators always have one place to find provider setup and synchronized HR data.
