Flamekeeper documentation

Find your way around

Understand the Flamekeeper case workspace, including Overview, Case knowledge, Documents, Users, and Action items.

Flamekeeper organizes knowledge transfer around a case: one person's transition, its timeline, the people involved, and the knowledge that needs to stay with the organization.

Find a case

Open Cases. The All cases, I manage, Invited to, and Archive tabs help you find the handovers available to your account. Open a case by the employee's name. Your role and case access determine which controls you can use.

Find case actions

The three-dot Case actions menu contains Prepare documents, Generate action items, and Delete case.

Organization people and case users

People manages organization membership, roles, and departures. Users inside a case manages participation in that handover. These are different responsibilities: choosing a case role does not make someone an organization administrator.

This shared workspace helps managers keep handover documentation, open questions, and ownership visible instead of reconstructing the transition from scattered messages.

Keep the knowledge. Carry on with the work.
