Review handover quality with AI

Use Flamekeeper AI handover review to find missing information, understand quality scores, and prioritize manager follow-up questions.

Flamekeeper reviews captured handover knowledge to help managers spot gaps before the employee's last day. The useful result is a clearer follow-up plan, not just a higher score.

Run a review

  1. Open the case's Case knowledge tab.
  2. Read the captured sections and correct any answers you can edit.
  3. Select Save answers before requesting a review.
  4. Select Run AI review and wait for the result. You need saved answers before the review can run.

Read the results

The review includes an overall score, risk level, summary, Strong areas, Weak areas, Missing information, and Follow-up questions for the manager. It also provides a Successor brief and Dimension scores with notes explaining individual areas of coverage.

The Overview tab shows the handover score and, when available, the previous score and change. Use the detailed review to understand the gaps behind the number.

Turn gaps into practical questions

If recurring work is vague, ask for its cadence, trigger, steps, and owner. If a risk is unclear, ask what warning sign to watch for and who can resolve it. If a project lacks a next step, ask what the successor should do first and by when.

Add the answers to the case, save them, and review again when the knowledge has materially changed. Track work that needs an owner through action items.

Keep human review in the loop

Treat generated reviews as suggestions that need checking. A high score does not prove that every fact is correct, every link works, or the successor has access. Ask someone familiar with the role to verify critical instructions.

AI knowledge-transfer review and document approval serve different purposes: one finds potential gaps; the other records a person's review of a draft.

Keep the knowledge. Carry on with the work.
